This Friday, March 29, we're going to discuss police use of surveillance in Baltimore City.

The blue light "CITIWATCH" cameras are one of the most iconic images of Baltimore--at least, one side of Baltimore.

Some say the cameras make them feel safer in their own neighborhoods. Others say the blue lights are a signal to outsiders that the neighborhood is not safe.
